Judy has been perfecting her already perfect (everyone at Stowe Farm’s opinion) whole wheat sourdough bread, baked in her wood burning bake oven tulikivi oven. It’s not easy to bake with whole wheat and have it turn out this melt-in-your mouth. Judy will be giving a workshop on bread making at our Open House on June 15th.
