Grow your food and kids at Stowe Farm Community!
We welcome Jenny, Jonathan, and Peter, and Dog Chester, who moved in last week!
We also welcome Ruthann, Sam, David, Eamon, and Dog Ruby!
They purchased the two houses. One house is still available for short term rental, because they will not be moving in until next summer.
We are excited that there are several families going through the exploratory process of buying into this community and its lifestyle (i.e. experiencing life here by participating in meetings, work parties, and gatherings). This process is taking longer now during this Covid winter.
Please contact us about Stowe Farm and living in community. The three remaining building lots start at $115k (includes 80 shared acres, tractor, greenhouse, truck, and other equipment and infrastructure).
Cohousing communities come in every shape and size. Stowe Farm is a rural, family-friendly community with single family homes that are clustered on 10 acres. The community shares the remaining 80 acres.
