River Valley Market keeps whole fresh jicamas in the back, so you need to ask for it.
1 whole jicama, peeled and cut into 1″ cubes
1/2 bunch of cilantro
juice of 2 limes
Red pepper flakes to taste
Best if sits in fridge for a few hours, but not necessary.
