Bill’s incredible grilled peach dessert from last week’s pizza party
1. Split peaches in half; remove pits. Do not peel.
2. Put on grill skin side down once the coals have died down. Brush the tops with olive oil.
3. When they are heated through, turn peaches cut side down and grill until slightly charred.
4. Arrange three halves in a small bowl. Add a couple of tablespoons of Greek yogurt and a drizzle of balsamic vinegar and local honey.
