The possibilities of panelized green construction at Katywil drew Bill, Lynn, and some Katywil visitors to Unity Homes in Walpole, NH, and Vantem Panels in Brattleboro, VT. Both may offer less expensive, faster, and greener house-building. Because panelized houses can be designed and built in a factory during the winter, houses can be up and roofed in only three to five days once site work and the foundation are finished. They can be move-in ready five to six weeks. The day was topped off at the Slow Living Expo on the Brattleboro Common.
