We visited 4 cohousing communities and got wonderful tours. Mary Kraus designed 2 of the common houses we toured. It’s evident that she also lives in cohousing and really understands all of the intricacies of a common house, which is the heart of every cohousing community. We are fortunate that we don’t have to build from scratch, but will be renovating an existing house.
